Update -
According to latest information from Finanz Informatik and DSGV, the issue results from various Sparkasse branches deactivating batch transfers for private customers on purpose. Affected customers need to get in touch with their Sparkasse branch for potential reactivation of the batch transfer functionality. This requires a (quote DSGV) "gesonderte Vereinbarung" with the Sparkasse branch. Batch transfers for business customers are unaffected.

Update -
We are currently in contact with FinanzInformatik, who have already narrowed down the error on their end and we are now waiting for their feedback.
After detailed analysis, we can also say that approximately 50% of collective transfers are affected. The other 50% are being processed. Unfortunately, we do not know at this time exactly which customers or types of collective transfers are affected. We will keep you informed as soon as we receive feedback.

Identified -
Batch transfers are currently failing at Sparkassen, as it appears that Sparkasse is currently only accepting batch transfers as real-time transfers.
We do not support this, and we have not received any information about this change from the data center.
We are already in contact with FinanzInformatik and will keep you informed.
