Connectivity Issues with Bank-Verlag Group Banks
Resolved - The error has now been fixed.

Identified - Following their most recent maintenance work, we are experiencing issues connecting to banks within the Bank-Verlag Group. As a result, account synchronizations and the retrieval of account information may be delayed or temporarily unavailable.

We are in close contact with the Bank-Verlag Group and are working together on a resolution. We will update this page as soon as we have further information or once connectivity is fully restored.

Technical Issue Finom and Swan
Resolved - The issue was resolved by the XS2A API provider, and the banks can now be reached again.

Identified - According to our analysis due to a technical problem at Finom and Swan's PSD2 XS2A API provider, retrieving account information and submitting payments is currently failing. We have reported this problem to Finom and Swan's PSD2 XS2A API provider for resolution. We will announce when the problem has been resolved.
